BLOOD ORANGE, KIWI & MINT FRUIT SALAD

INGREDIENTS
2 blood oranges (tarocco, or moro orange )
2 kiwis
2 teaspoons honey
7-8 mint leaves
pinch of flaky sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Slice oranges and kiwi into 1/4 inch rounds, then slice off peels and arrange on a plate.
Drizzle honey, top with mint leaves.
NOTES
Notes: sea salt is optional, but it really gives another depth of flavor to this sweet fruit salad
Leftovers and Storage: store fruit salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to four days
