BLOOD ORANGE, KIWI & MINT FRUIT SALAD

Prep Time: 5 minutes Yield: 2 servings Serving Size: 1 serving (1/2 salad)

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 blood oranges (tarocco, or moro orange )

  • 2 kiwis

  • 2 teaspoons honey

  • 7-8 mint leaves

  • pinch of flaky sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Slice oranges and kiwi into 1/4 inch rounds, then slice off peels and arrange on a plate.

  2. Drizzle honey, top with mint leaves.

NOTES

  • Notes: sea salt is optional, but it really gives another depth of flavor to this sweet fruit salad

  • Leftovers and Storage: store fruit salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to four days
